Operations:

1. Processing all incoming digital orders.
2. Preparing packing slips so that your colleagues on the floor know exactly what to order pick.
3. Function as a point of contact for both internal and external contacts; you speak good Dutch and English.
4. Responsible for the logistics process and organising transport between our two sites.
5. Leading a team of 4-5 colleagues in a fun and informal way, where everyone is equal.
6. Support our salesperson in internal sales activities.
7. Proactively jump in on the order picking process when the office is quiet.

Job requirements:

• Experience in the horticulture sector and similar position is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Flexible and proactive working attitude; you see work lying around and pick it up independently.
